Coaching is like Architecture

My role as a faith-based life coach is to partner with you in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires you to maximize your personal and professional potential based upon your God-created design. Together, we celebrate your discoveries!

God-given potential resides in each of us. In faith-based coaching, spiritual growth and development will be emphasized as we work together with the Holy Spirit in unpacking the potential resident in you.

Through exploring the redemptive gifts in one-on-one coaching, you will learn to recognize and embrace who God has created you to be – toward fulfilling your life purpose and His Kingdom purposes.

My goal is for you to discover your God-packaged design and give you tools to help you grow and make sustainable changes as you intentionally move toward redemptive living in areas you identify. Counseling

Counseling is like Archaeology

My approach for counseling clients has been refined over time, particularly with the introduction to and immersion in the Redemptive Gifts teaching and materials.

As differentiated between Coaching is like Architecture and Counseling is like Archaeology, it is my task as coach and/or counselor to first listen well, then help you determine the best place to begin –

“The most effective and productive way to build something for short-term satisfaction or lifelong legacy is to start from a stable foundation. Coaching may be a good fit for those who are not in severe emotional pain, dealing with gripping effects of trauma, or in an overwhelming state of mind or circumstances better addressed by counseling.”

I reserve the right to offer my personal counseling services to you, or refer to my husband, or outside referral, as mutually agreed upon.

Cultivating

Cultivating is like Sowing

Past services have included sowing in groups – through my own classes, workshops, retreats, or small groups processing visual life maps.

Going forward, the suite of services offered will be shaped and developed in keeping with inquiries of interest in learning about and cultivating the redemptive gifts in a group.

Settings for such facilitation* may include:

• board summit / retreat
• leadership / departmental teams
• your women’s retreat
• pre-gathered group of individuals**
• married or pre-married couples**
• parents with children in the home**
• customized per mutual agreement

Learning behavioral characteristics of your own and others’ central redemptive gift can cultivate understanding and cohesiveness as you work together toward fulfilling a common goal. I am here to help you discover together!
