To my readers, and those who think ‘never heard of her before’, hello again! I chose the title For Seven Weeks She Rested because I’ve reached that point. As one who in previous years preached (read coached) the need for margin and white space, well, I’m a proponent of practice what you preach.
As I counted out the weeks of projects, commitments, travel, and family time, color me surprised (not really) that they added up to a perfect figure seven. For such a long time now I’ve been learning to live in God’s river-like flow.
So, before I take a publishing break, I want to leave here some summer (or winter) school to read as you will, feel led, are curious, or feel Holy Spirit’s pull.
This 7-week break brings pause to The Lord’s Prayer series before the last two petitions and epilogue article(s).
The Lord’s Prayer series
I have chosen to link in order the ten articles published so far. For those who have read the full articles, thank you. I pray Holy Spirit is speaking, confirming, encouraging, and establishing your life in relationship with Our Father.
To those who have not read the full articles for whatever reason, my prayer is that you be drawn by Jesus’ heart. The worth of Jesus’ petitions is as real and pertinent today as it was for those who walked with the human Him.
The days we live in don’t flow backward; Jesus came in Heaven’s flow bearing the Kingdom for such a time, for us.

As the Season Turns
I look forward to returning after a good rest. For those in the hot days of summer, enjoy and stay hydrated. I’ve offered here a cold drink of spiritual hydration for those who are thirsty ~ a heavenly lemonade stand. If you live where winter has its grip, Spring will be peeking forth when I resume back here seated at my laptop. Bless you big.

This is compiled in such a way as to make it easy to share forward. We pray not only for ourselves, but for all whom the Lord draws us to hold up. We cover the land with the petitions of His heart, from the outflow of ours.
