The day has arrived for Re-Launch! Five years later, nancybentz.com is refreshed and refocused. The real Nancy Bentz is looking forward to some extra sleep without visions of website re-do floating in my head!
There is so much and so little all at the same time. I think that rather describes life, don’t you? It’s also my re-launch ‘unveiling’ caveat. So, here are some things you can expect as you explore around the site:
- It is best viewed – at least initially – on a computer or tablet screen. It looks nice on a cell phone, but you rather miss the fullness of the appearance. Once you’re comfortable with the layout, by all means, your handy mobile device will still get the content to you (as long as you subscribe!).
- No longer solely blog-based, there will be teaching articles and correlated tools. Since I can’t resist writing ‘bloggy’ sometimes, there will still be regular posts related to the growing content.
- WYSIWYG (wizzywig) is an acronym in web-speak for what you see is what you get. Regarding the newly redone website, that will hold true even when it is no longer newly redone! From my perspective, the current populated site is but a drop in the bucket. I’ll leave the hose running …
- Like most folks with something they’ve produced or written, I appreciate when a post is shared. Thank you in advance for sharing forward to others and your encouragement for them to visit the site and subscribe themselves. That way, the latest will be delivered right to their inbox.
- There is a definite linkage that will emerge over time. From God, because of who He created us to be, and through the Person of the Holy Spirit flows redemptive living. We’ve not known the half of how and what God has woven into our design. This ship is setting sail on that sea.
- Finally, the website re-do introduces a new focus of both material and what I offer. As you visit the site, it is just as important for a good overview to read the Welcome, Roll the Credits, and One-on-One Services pages, as it is to acquaint yourself with the articles, tools, and new Blessings For Your Spirit feature.
You’ll no doubt have questions. Be assured there is much more coming that will begin to build a larger framework. No one article and no single post is more than a snapshot, a piece of the larger picture. You and I did not grow to adulthood overnight. We learned in stage to stage increments one day at a time.
So will the roll-out of all God has purposed for this vehicle. I’ve never been into ministry fast-food. Here at Shammah Ministries, along with my husband and Shammahs Field, we have learned to work the land. Now, a seasoned loaf of bread is on the menu, ready to be broken down and distributed to hungry ones.
It is my pleasure to open the doors to the newly redone nancybentz.com! And it’s my prayer that you will be blessed, nourished, and encouraged toward –
embracing your design for redemptive living
~ Nancy
P.S. Stay tuned for an upcoming post with a variety of ways to engage the material. For starters, take advantage of the PDF print feature on many of the pages. You may wish to begin a study/journal binder. No longer only about helping others live life forward, this site is designed to cultivate spiritual growth and development by weaving together added elements for embracing your design for redemptive living. See you again soon!
